North Carolina High School Volleyball - Asheboro Southeast Guilford

The Asheboro Blue Comets volleyball squad (Asheboro, NC), was defeated 3-1 in Thursday's league battle with the host Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC)

With the win, Southeast Guilford improves its record to 9-2 on the season. The Falcons travel to Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC) to encounter the Rams in a TAAC Six 5A/6A battle on Tuesday, September 16. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 4-6. Northeast Guilford lost 3-0 in their recent league challenge against Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC)

Next, the Blue Comets meet the Eastern Guilford Wildcats (Gibsonville, NC) in a TAAC Six 5A/6A challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Asheboro will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 3-1 league win over Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
