The Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC) volleyball knocked off the host Berry Cardinals (Charlotte, NC), 3-1 in Thursday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Hickory Ridge for a Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A bout on Tuesday, September 16.

With the loss, Berry drops to 3-9 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Cox Mill (Concord, NC) to confront the Chargers in a Greater Metro (GMAC) 6A/7A match on Tuesday, September 16. The Chargers enter the match with a record of 10-0. Cox Mill won 3-0 in their recent league match against A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC)
