In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Crescenta Valley Falcons volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Burroughs Bears.

With the win, Crescenta Valley improves its record to 7-8 on the season. The Falcons travel to Village Christian (Sun Valley, CA) to face the Crusaders in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Crusaders go into the test with a record of 3-3. Village Christian lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA)

The Bears now own a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Muir for a Pacific challenge on Tuesday, September 16.
