In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Cypress Centurions volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Canyon Comanches.
The Centurions (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA). The Mustangs go into the Crestview test with a 11-7 record. In their last test, Yorba Linda gained a win over Sunny Hills (Fullerton, CA), 3-1, in a league test.
The Comanches now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Brea Olinda for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Canyon will play a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Irvine (Irvine, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 13-6.
