Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Cass City Red Hawks (Cass City, MI) and the visiting Reese Rockets (Reese, MI), observed Cass City's volleyball team top Reese by a count of 3-1.

The Red Hawks (4-4) will now prepare for their battle against Laker (Pigeon, MI). The Lakers go into the Greater Thumb - West battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, Laker achieved victory over Vassar (Vassar, MI), 3-0, in a league battle.
