The Chamberlain Cubs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Crow Creek Chieftains to 0 in the Cubs league triumph on Thursday.

The Cubs now have a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Todd County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16. Chamberlain will play a Falcons team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Rapid City Central (Rapid City, SD). The Falcons record now stands at 4-5.

The Chieftains (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Sunshine Bible Academy (Miller, SD). The Crusaders go into the non-league game with a 3-6 record. In their last game, Sunshine Bible Academy went down by Sanborn Central/Woonsocket (Forestburg, SD), 2-0, in a non-league game.
