With the win, Chassell improves its record to 3-2 on the season. The Panthers travel to L'Anse (L'Anse, MI) to face the Purple Hornets in a Western Peninsula test on Tuesday, September 16. The Purple Hornets go into the test with a record of 4-3. L'Anse won 1-0 in their recent non-league test against North Dickinson (Felch, MI)

The Gladiators now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to North Dickinson for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 13. Ontonagon will play a Nordics team coming off a 3-0 league win over Carney-Nadeau (Carney, MI). The Nordics record now stands at 3-1.
