The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Clarkson/Leigh Patriots (Clarkson, NE) and the visiting Pender Pendragons (Pender, NE), saw Clarkson/Leigh's volleyball squad nudge Pender by a score of 3-2.

With the win, Clarkson/Leigh improves its record to 8-3 on the season. The Patriots host Humphrey-Lindsay (Humphrey, NE) to encounter the Bulldogs in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 18. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a record of 4-6.

Next, the Pendragons meet the Wakefield Trojans (Wakefield, NE) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 18. Pender will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record.
