The Columbiana Clippers volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting David Anderson Blue Devils to 1 in the Clippers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Clippers now have a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson-Milton for a non-league game on Saturday, September 13. Columbiana will confront a Bluejays squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mineral Ridge (Mineral Ridge, OH). The Bluejays record now stands at 4-5.

The Blue Devils (4-7) will now prepare for their game against Valley Christian (Youngstown, OH). The Eagles enter the Eastern Ohio Athletic game with a 2-6 record.
