North Carolina High School Volleyball - Piedmont Classical overwhelmed by Cornerstone Charter

The Cornerstone Charter Cardinals topped the host Piedmont Classical Bobcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Coming up next, the Cardinals play the Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A outing, on Tuesday, September 16. Cornerstone Charter will attempt to better on its 12-4 season record. The Falcons come into the outing with a 9-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over River Mill (Graham, NC).

With the loss, Piedmont Classical drops to 0-7 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Triad Math and Science Academy (Greensboro, NC) to play the Bengals in a Northwest Piedmont 1A/2A outing on Tuesday, September 16. The Bengals come into the outing with a record of 2-6. Triad Math and Science Academy lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Phoenix Academy (High Point, NC)
