Ohio High School Volleyball - Riverside bounced by Covington

September 11, 2025: Covington, OH 45318

Covington Buccs (Covington, OH) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Riverside Pirates (De Graff, OH), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Buccs (9-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Graham Local (St. Paris, OH). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 0-10 record.

Next, the Pirates play the Newton Local Indians (Pleasant Hill, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 13. Riverside will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 3-2 league win over Tri-Village (New Madison, OH).
