California High School Volleyball - Del Campo crushed by Nevada Union

In Thursday's league bout, the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Del Campo Cougars (Fair Oaks, CA), by a margin of 3-0.

The Miners now possess a 7-7 record. They play next when they travel to Placer for a Foothill Valley League bout on Tuesday, September 16. Nevada Union will clash with a Hillmen team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Roseville (Roseville, CA). The Hillmen record now stands at 3-10.

With the loss, Del Campo drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Pioneer (Woodland, CA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league match on Wednesday, September 17. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 14-7.
