The Pleasant Valley Bears volleyball squad (Brodheadsville, PA), dropped 3-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Emmaus Hornets (Emmaus, PA)

With the win, Emmaus improves its record to 3-0 on the season. The Hornets host Easton Area (Easton, PA) to encounter the Rovers in a non-league battle on Monday, September 15. The Rovers go into the battle with a record of 2-5. Easton Area won 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Pocono Mountain West (Pocono Summit, PA)

Next, the Bears battle the Southern Lehigh Spartans (Center Valley, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 13. Pleasant Valley will attempt to move on its 7-6 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 4-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Saucon Valley (Hellertown, PA).
