The Mentor Cardinals topped the host Euclid Panthers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.
Next up, the Cardinals face the Magnificat Blue Streaks (Rocky River, OH) in a non-league game, on Monday, September 15. Mentor will attempt to advance on its 9-3 season record. The Blue Streaks go into the game with a 10-2 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Perrysburg (Perrysburg, OH).
The Panthers (1-7) will now prepare for their game against Brunswick (Brunswick, OH). The Blue Devils go into the Greater Cleveland game with a 4-9 record. In their last game, Brunswick gained a win over Cleveland Heights (Cleveland Heights, OH), 3-0, in a league game.
