California High School Volleyball - Faith Baptist over The Palmdale Aerospace Academy

Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Faith Baptist Contenders (Canoga Park, CA) and the visiting The Palmdale Aerospace Academy Griffins (Palmdale, CA), saw Faith Baptist's volleyball squad notch a victory over The Palmdale Aerospace Academy by a score of 3-0.

With the win, Faith Baptist improves its record to 9-4 on the season. The Contenders travel to St. Monica Academy (Montrose, CA) to battle the Crusaders in a Heritage contest on Friday, September 12. The Crusaders enter the contest with a record of 4-6. St. Monica Academy lost 3-1 in their recent league battle against Santa Clarita Christian (Canyon Country, CA)

The Griffins now own a 2-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eastside for a non-league battle on Friday, September 12. The Palmdale Aerospace Academy will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Antelope Valley (Lancaster, CA). The Lions record now stands at 5-2.
