The Flomaton Hurricanes topped the host Hillcrest Jaguars volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Hurricanes now possess a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Jay for a non-league outing on Monday, September 15. Flomaton will play a Royals team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Rocky Bayou Christian (Niceville, FL). The Royals record now stands at 10-0.
The Jaguars (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Monroe County (Monroeville, AL). The Tigers enter the 3A Area 4 game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Monroe County was dropped by Excel (Excel, AL), 3-0, in a league game.
