The Fluvanna County Flying Flucos volleyball team (Palmyra, VA), was knocked off 3-0 in Thursday's league contest with the host Western Albemarle Warriors (Crozet, VA)

The Warriors (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Monticello (Charlottesville, VA). The Mustangs enter the Jefferson contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Monticello notched a victory over Orange County (Orange, VA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Flying Flucos meet the Goochland Bulldogs (Goochland, VA) in a Jefferson battle, on Tuesday, September 16. Fluvanna County will attempt to improve on its 8-1 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 3-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA).
