The Fuquay - Varina Bengals volleyball squad scored 3 points and held the host South Garner Titans to 0 in the Bengals league win on Thursday.

Next up, the Bengals confront the Garner Trojans (Garner, NC) in a Greater Neuse River 7A game, on Tuesday, September 16. Fuquay - Varina will attempt to advance on its 7-7 season record. The Trojans go into the game with a 9-5 record after their 3-0 league win over Clayton (Clayton, NC).

With the loss, South Garner drops to 1-12 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Southeast Raleigh (Raleigh, NC) to play the Bulldogs in a Greater Neuse River 7A outing on Tuesday, September 16. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 0-10.
