Michigan High School Volleyball - Powers Catholic over Grand Blanc

The crowd at Thursday's league battle between the Powers Catholic Chargers (Flint, MI) and the visiting Grand Blanc Bobcats (Grand Blanc, MI), saw Powers Catholic's volleyball squad notch a victory over Grand Blanc by a score of 3-1.

With the win, Powers Catholic improves its record to 7-7 on the season. The Chargers host Garber (Essexville, MI) to meet the Dukes in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 11. The Dukes enter the contest with a record of 9-6.

Next, the Bobcats meet the Saginaw Trojans (Saginaw, MI) in a Saginaw Valley contest, on Tuesday, September 16. Grand Blanc will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Trojans enter the contest with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Lapeer (Lapeer, MI).
