Minnesota High School Volleyball - Greenway edged by North Woods

September 11, 2025: Cook, MN 55723

North Woods grizzlies (Cook, MN) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Greenway Raiders (Coleraine, MN), 3-2 in a league challenge.

The grizzlies (10-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Cherry (Iron, MN). The Tigers come into the Arrowhead challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, Cherry was nudged by Floodwood (Floodwood, MN), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Raiders meet the Aitkin Gobblers (Aitkin, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 13. Greenway will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Gobblers come into the challenge with a 2-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Rush City (Rush City, MN).
