Heide Trask Titans (Rocky Point, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team run past the host South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC), 3-1 in a league outing.

The Titans now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they host East Duplin for a East Central 3A/4A outing on Tuesday, September 16. Heide Trask will play a Panthers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 9-2.

The Blue Devils (2-7) will now prepare for their game against Clinton (Clinton, NC). The Dark Horses go into the East Central 3A/4A game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Clinton gained a win over Pender (Burgaw, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
