The Leflore County Tigers (Itta Bena, MS) volleyball knocked off the host J.Z. George Jaguars (North Carrollton, MS), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they host Simmons for a Class 1A Region 6 match on Tuesday, September 16.

The Jaguars (5-6) will now prepare for their match against North Side (Shelby, MS). The Gators enter the Class 2A Region 3 match with a 1-4 record.
