The Lapwai Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Kendrick Tigers to 0 in the Wildcats league victory on Thursday.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Clearwater Valley Rams (Kooskia, ID) in a 2A Whitepine game, on Tuesday, September 16. Lapwai will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Rams enter the game with a 2-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over St. John Bosco Academy (Cottonwood, ID).
The Tigers (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Deary (Deary, ID). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Deary gained a win over Highland (Craigmont, ID), 3-0, in a league game.
