Ohio High School Volleyball - Marion Harding bounced by Shelby

Shelby Whippets (Shelby, OH) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Marion Harding Presidents (Marion, OH), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Whippets (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Smithville (Smithville, OH). The Smithies come into the non-league challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, Smithville beat Northwestern (West Salem, OH), 3-0, in a league test.

The Presidents now own a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mansfield Senior for a non-league test on Monday, September 15. Marion Harding will face a Tygers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Madison Comprehensive (Mansfield, OH). The Tygers record now stands at 0-10.
