In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Nicholas County Bluejackets volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Menifee County Wildcats.

The Bluejackets (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY). The Black Devils enter the District 38 challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Robertson County was beaten by Paris (Paris, KY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY) in a District 61 challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Menifee County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Fairview (Ashland, KY).
