Georgia High School Volleyball - Woodward Academy over Midtown

In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Woodward Academy War Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Midtown Knights.

The War Eagles (17-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Milton (Milton, GA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 18-9 record. In their last test, Milton went down by Pace Academy (Atlanta, GA), 2-0, in a non-league test.

The Knights now sport a 17-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McIntosh for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. Midtown will face a Chiefs squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Newnan (Newnan, GA). The Chiefs record now stands at 13-6.
