In Thursday's league bout, the Washington Christian Academy Wildcats (Olney, MD) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Model Secondary School for the Deaf Eagles (Washington, DC), by a margin of 3-0.

The Wildcats now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Washington International for a PVAC match on Tuesday, September 16. Washington Christian Academy will battle a Red Devils squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Sandy Spring Friends (Sandy Spring, MD). The Red Devils record now stands at 1-0.

The Eagles (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Culpeper Homeschool Athletics (Locust Dale, VA). The Storm enter the non-league match with a 0-2 record.
