Pawnee City Indians (Pawnee City, NE) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad overcome the host Sterling Jets (Sterling, NE), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Indians (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Falls City (Falls City, NE). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Falls City was beaten by Elmwood-Murdock (Murdock, NE), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Jets meet the Red Cloud Warriors (Red Cloud, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 19. Sterling will attempt to upgrade on its 0-7 season record.
