Virginia High School Volleyball - Rockbridge County edged by Waynesboro

September 11, 2025: Waynesboro, VA 22980

Waynesboro Little Giants (Waynesboro, VA) backers were pleased Thursday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the visiting Rockbridge County Wildcats (Lexington, VA), 3-2 in a league challenge.

The Little Giants (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Staunton (Staunton, VA). The Storm come into the Shenandoah challenge with a 2-3 record.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Alleghany Cougars (Covington, VA) in a Shenandoah challenge, on Tuesday, September 16. Rockbridge County will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA).
