In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting Rockwell Christian School Chargers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Shining Light Baptist Academy Sharks.

The Chargers (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Victory Christian (Sylva, NC). The Cardinals go into the NCCSA A District 1- West Region game with a 7-2 record. In their last game, Victory Christian went down by Sugar Hill Christian Academy (Sugar Hill, GA), 2-1, in a non-league game.

The Sharks (2-4) will now prepare for their game against New Manna Christian (Marion, NC). The Wind go into the non-league game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, New Manna Christian went down by Matthews Christian Academy (Matthews, NC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
