Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Williamsburg Christian Academy Eagles (Williamsburg, VA) and the visiting St. Michael the Archangel Warriors (Fredericksburg, VA), observed Williamsburg Christian Academy's volleyball team top St. Michael the Archangel by a count of 3-0.

The Eagles (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Currituck County (Barco, NC). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-8 record. In their last battle, Currituck County achieved victory over Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC), 3-1, in a league battle.

The Warriors now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grove Christian School for a non-league battle on Monday, September 15. St. Michael the Archangel will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Summit Christian Academy (Yorktown, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 9-3.
