In Monday's non-league contest, the North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) volleyball squad were winner over the host Dixon Bulldogs (Holly Ridge, NC), by a margin of 2-0.
Next up, the Scorpions battle the West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 13. North Brunswick will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 1-6 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Topsail (Hampstead, NC).
With the loss, Dixon moves to 3-7 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to White Oak (Jacksonville, NC) to battle the Vikings in a contest on Tuesday, September 13. The Vikings go into the contest with a record of 0-0.
