With the triumph, Chestatee moves its record to 6-11 on the year. The War Eagles host Madison County (Danielsville, GA) to play the Red Raiders in a 4A Region 8 contest on Tuesday, September 13. The Red Raiders come into the contest with a record of 7-9. Madison County won 11-3 in their recent non-league contest against Lumpkin County (Dahlonega, GA)

In their next game, the Black Knights play the Mill Creek Hawks (Hoschton, GA) in a 7A Region 8 contest, on Tuesday, September 13. Central Gwinnett will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Hawks come into the contest with a 10-4 record after their 12-8 league win over Collins Hill (Suwanee, GA).
