Nebraska High School Softball - Gretna bounces Marian

The Gretna Dragons overwhelmed the visiting Marian Crusaders softball team by a margin of 9-1 in Monday's non-league contest.

With the triumph, Gretna moves its record to 19-0 on the year. The Dragons travel to Bryan (Omaha, NE) to play the Bears in a A District contest on Tuesday, September 13. The Bears come into the contest with a record of 3-10. Bryan lost 11-0 in their recent non-league contest against Millard North (Omaha, NE)

In their next game, the Crusaders play the Skutt Catholic SkyHawks (Omaha, NE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 13. Marian will attempt to move on its 15-2 season record. The SkyHawks come into the contest with a 4-9 record after their 15-10 non-league loss to Norris (Firth, NE).
