The Marian Crusaders softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Millard West Wildcats to 6 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Marian improves its record to 15-2 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Gretna (Gretna, NE) to clash with the Dragons in a non-league game on Monday, September 12. The Dragons come into the game with a record of 17-0. Gretna won 5-0 in their recent league game against Papillion-LaVista South (Papillion, NE)

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE) in a A District game, on Tuesday, September 13. Millard West will attempt to improve on its 14-6 season record. The Packers come into the game with a 0-10 record after their 16-4 league loss to Omaha Central (Omaha, NE).
