Georgia High School Softball - Monroe Area falls to Morgan County

In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Morgan County Bulldogs softball team scored a nice 10-0 win over the Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes.
Coming up next, the Bulldogs battle the Cross Creek Razorbacks (Augusta, GA) in a 3A Region 4 outing, on Tuesday, September 13. Morgan County will attempt to upgrade on its 11-4 season record. The Razorbacks enter the outing with a 4-7 record after their 17-1 non-league win over Westside (Augusta, GA).
The Purple Hurricanes (6-7) will now prepare for their outing against Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Warriors enter the 3A Region 8 outing with a 5-10 record. In their last outing, Oconee County ran past Elbert County (Elberton, GA), 10-6, in a non-league outing.
