The Upson-Lee Knights softball squad (Thomaston, GA), was routed 11-1 in Monday's non-league test with the host Ola Mustangs (McDonough, GA)

Coming up next, the Mustangs meet the Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA) in a 5A Region 2 battle, on Thursday, September 15. Ola will attempt to advance on its 11-3 season record. The Greyhounds go into the battle with a 7-5 record after their 16-0 league win over Dutchtown (Hampton, GA).

The Knights now sport a 2-13 record. They play next when they travel to Peach County for a 3A Region 2 battle on Tuesday, September 13. Upson-Lee will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 13-12 non-league win over Baldwin (Milledgeville, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 5-5.
