Tennessee High School Volleyball - Van Buren County can't hold off Bledsoe County

September 12, 2022: Spencer, TN 38585

In Monday's league battle, the visiting Bledsoe County Warriors volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Van Buren County Eagles.

The Warriors (11-2) will now prepare for their battle against South Pittsburg (South Pittsburg, TN). The Pirates come into the battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, South Pittsburg was edged by North Sand Mountain (Higdon, AL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Whitwell Tigers (Whitwell, TN) in a A District 5 battle, on Tuesday, September 13. Van Buren County will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Tigers come into the battle with a 9-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Grundy County (Coalmont, TN).
