The Miramonte Matadors volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Benicia Panthers to 0 in the Matadors league victory on Tuesday.

The Matadors now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northgate for a game on Thursday, September 14. Miramonte will meet a Broncos team coming off a 2-1 league win over Acalanes (Lafayette, CA). The Broncos record now stands at 4-0.

The Panthers (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Heritage (Brentwood, CA). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Heritage gained a win over Antioch (Antioch, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
