In Tuesday's league battle, the host Franklin-Simpson Wildcats soccer squad scored a close 4-1 triumph over the Logan County Cougars.
The Wildcats (5-7) will now prepare for their battle against Russellville (Russellville, KY). The Panthers come into the District 13 battle with a 5-4 record.
The Cougars (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against South Warren (Bowling Green, KY). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 7-5 record. In their last battle, South Warren nudged Warren Central (Bowling Green, KY), 1-0, in a league battle.
