The Newberry Panthers topped the host Chiefland Indians volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Panthers now have a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Valdosta for a non-league test on Thursday, September 14. Newberry will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Lowndes (Valdosta, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-4.
The Indians (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Newberry (Newberry, FL). The Panthers enter the test with a 7-2 record.
