The Cumberland Dukes volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Nottoway Cougars to 1 in the Dukes non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Dukes now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 13.
The Cougars (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Lunenburg Central (Victoria, VA). The Chargers enter the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Lunenburg Central held off Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
