The Wilson Memorial Green Hornets topped the host Riverheads Gladiators volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Green Hornets now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Staunton for a non-league test on Thursday, September 14. Wilson Memorial will confront a Storm team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Stuarts Draft (Stuarts Draft, VA). The Storm record now stands at 0-3.
The Gladiators (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Rappahannock County (Washington, VA). The enter the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Rappahannock County gained a win over Page County (Shenandoah, VA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
