New York High School Soccer - Horseheads overwhelmed by Corning-Painted Post

The Corning-Painted Post Hawks smashed the visiting Horseheads Blue Raiders soccer squad by a margin of 6-1 in Tuesday's league match.

The Hawks now sport a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Ithaca for a Southern Tier Athletic Conference (STAC) match on Thursday, September 14. Corning-Painted Post will encounter a Little Red squad coming off a 1-0 league win over Elmira (Elmira, NY). The Little Red record now stands at 5-0.

With the loss, Horseheads drops to 2-2 on the season. The Blue raiders host Elmira (Elmira, NY) to encounter the Express in a Southern Tier Athletic Conference (STAC) match on Thursday, September 14.
