Spectators at Tuesday's non-league match between the Moore Lions (Moore, OK) and the visiting Broken Arrow Tigers (Broken Arrow, OK), witnessed Moore's softball squad tip Broken Arrow by a count of 8-7.
The Lions now sport a 19-5 record. They play next when they travel to Claremore for a non-league match on Friday, September 15. Moore will meet a Zebras squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Pryor (Pryor, OK). The Zebras record now stands at 13-11.
With the loss, Broken Arrow moves to 22-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Yukon (Yukon, OK) to meet the Millers in a non-league match on Thursday, September 14. The Millers go into the match with a record of 17-12.
