Coweta Tigers (Coweta, OK) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Grove Ridgerunners (Grove, OK), 10-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Tigers now own a 13-17 record. They take the field next when they host Sapulpa for a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 14. Coweta will face a Chieftains squad coming off a 9-4 non-league win over Bishop Kelley (Tulsa, OK). The Chieftains record now stands at 10-11.

With the loss, Grove falls to 10-10 on the campaign. The Ridgerunners host Union (Tulsa, OK) to face the Redhawks in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 14. The Redhawks enter the challenge with a record of 7-16.
