Next up, the Tigers face the Clover Garden School Grizzlies (Burlington, NC) in a Central Tar Heel 1A contest, on Thursday, September 14. Triangle Math & Science will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record. The Grizzlies go into the contest with a 5-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC).

With the loss, Ascend Leadership moves to 0-6 on the year. The Aviators travel to Southern Wake Academy (Holly Springs, NC) to face the Lions in a non-league contest on Wednesday, September 13. The Lions go into the contest with a record of 2-5. Southern Wake Academy won 3-2 in their recent non-league contest against Granville Central (Stem, NC)
