The Columbia Eagles volleyball team (Huntsville, AL), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Athens Golden Eagles (Athens, AL)

The Golden Eagles (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Muscle Shoals (Muscle Shoals, AL). The Trojans enter the 6A Area 15 challenge with a 11-3 record. In their last challenge, Muscle Shoals went down by James Clemens (Madison, AL), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Decatur Red Raiders (Decatur, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 14. Columbia will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record. The Red Raiders enter the challenge with a 10-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hartselle (Hartselle, AL).
