In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Auburn Tigers volleyball team scored a decisive 25-3 victory over the Smiths Station Panthers.

The Tigers now have a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Montgomery Catholic for a non-league test on Thursday, September 14. Auburn will confront a Knights team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Brewbaker Tech (Montgomery, AL). The Knights record now stands at 13-5.

The Panthers (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Russell County (Seale, AL). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Russell County was knocked off by Saint James (Montgomery, AL), 3-0, in a league test.
