The Mantachie Mustangs topped the visiting Booneville Blue Devils volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Mustangs now have a 13-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Belmont for a non-league test on Thursday, September 14. Mantachie will confront a Cardinals team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Alcorn Central (Glen, MS). The Cardinals record now stands at 20-4.
The Blue Devils (7-9) will now prepare for their test against Alcorn Central (Glen, MS). The Bears enter the Class 3 Region 1 test with a 17-4 record. In their last test, Alcorn Central was knocked off by Belmont (Belmont, MS), 3-0, in a non-league test.
